Every business plan we supply is written by an automated artificial intelligence system operated by a third-party provider on our instructions. It is generated from the brief you submit at checkout. No human consultant, analyst, accountant, or adviser writes it, reads it, checks it, verifies it, edits it, or approves it before it reaches you.

Artificial intelligence systems of this kind produce fluent, confident, professional-looking text. That fluency is not a measure of accuracy. Such systems can and do generate content that is wrong, out of date, internally inconsistent, or entirely invented, including fabricated statistics, fabricated market sizes, fabricated competitors, fabricated sources, fabricated citations, and fabricated regulatory or legal statements. They can misinterpret a brief and produce a plan for a business other than the one you described. They may produce material similar to output generated for another customer with a similar brief.

This is an inherent and well-documented characteristic of the technology. It is disclosed to you before you buy, and it is reflected in the price. You must approach every sentence of your plan as a draft written by a machine that does not know whether what it has written is true.

3. No Guarantee of Funding, Approval, or Any Business Outcome

We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation of any kind that a plan we generate will produce any outcome whatsoever. Without limitation, we do not guarantee that a plan will result in or contribute to: any loan, overdraft, credit facility, or other lending being approved by any bank or lender; any investment being made by any investor, fund, angel, syndicate, or accelerator; any grant, subsidy, award, or public funding being granted by any body; the approval of any visa, endorsement, sponsorship, settlement, or other immigration outcome by the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, any endorsing body, or any authority in any country; the grant of any licence, permission, registration, or authorisation by any regulator or licensing body; the agreement of any landlord, insurer, franchisor, supplier, or counterparty; or any level of revenue, profit, growth, valuation, market share, or commercial success.

Every one of those decisions is taken by a third party applying its own criteria, its own evidence requirements, and its own judgement, entirely outside our knowledge and control. Many such third parties impose specific requirements as to content, format, evidence, independence, and authorship, and some expressly require a plan prepared or verified by a qualified human professional, or refuse AI-generated material outright. Establishing what any third party requires, before you buy and before you submit, is your responsibility.

A refusal, rejection, or unfavourable decision by any third party is not a defect in our product and is not a ground for a refund. Nothing on our website, in our marketing, or in any plan should be read as a promise, prediction, or assurance of any outcome.

4. Financial Projections Are Illustrative Modelling, Not Forecasts

Any financial content in a plan - including revenue projections, cost models, cash flow statements, profit and loss tables, break-even analyses, headcount plans, funding requirements, valuations, and return calculations - is illustrative modelling only. It is arithmetic performed on assumptions. It is not a forecast, not a prediction, not a valuation, not a budget, and not a statement of what your business will or is likely to achieve.

Those assumptions come from you, or are generated by the system to fill gaps where your brief was silent, in which case they are illustrative placeholders selected to make a model run and not the product of any research into your business or your market. Where the system has adopted or invented an assumption, it may not be flagged as such in the document. Small changes to any assumption can produce very large changes in the modelled result.

No part of the financial content has been audited, reviewed, verified, sensitivity-tested, or prepared in accordance with any accounting or reporting standard. It carries no assurance of any kind. It must not be presented to any third party as a forecast, as verified, or as prepared by an accountant, and it must not be relied upon by you or anyone else as a basis for incurring expenditure, borrowing, investing, or committing to any obligation without independent professional review.

5. Your Responsibility to Verify Before Relying or Submitting

Submitting an unverified AI-generated document to a bank, investor, grant body, immigration authority, or regulator may have serious consequences for you, which may include rejection of your application, damage to your credibility with that party, being barred from reapplying, and, where a document contains statements that are false, exposure to allegations of misrepresentation or fraud. Those consequences fall on you, because it is you who makes the submission and you who makes the representations in it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of unverified output, from your failure to review a plan before relying on it, or from any decision taken by you or any third party on the basis of a plan. Treat the delivered document as a first draft to be checked, corrected, and made your own.

6. Accuracy Depends on Your Brief

The plan is generated from what you wrote. Its relevance, specificity, and accuracy depend directly on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of your brief. A vague brief produces a generic plan. An inaccurate brief produces an inaccurate plan. A brief that omits a material fact produces a plan that ignores that fact.

We do not verify, audit, challenge, research, or fact-check anything you tell us. We do not know your market, your competitors, your customers, your costs, or your regulatory position, other than as you describe them. Where your brief contains an error, the plan will faithfully reproduce and build upon that error, often across every section of the document.

A plan that accurately reflects a deficient brief is working as designed. Responsibility for the inputs, and therefore for the foundations of the output, rests with you.

7. Market Data, Research, and Third-Party References

Any market sizing, industry statistic, trend statement, benchmark, competitor description, or reference to a third-party source that appears in a plan has not been researched, sourced, or verified by us. It is generated text. It may be approximately correct, materially wrong, years out of date, or wholly invented, including sources and citations that appear authentic but do not exist.

You must independently verify all such material against primary sources before using it, and you must remove or correct anything you cannot verify. Presenting unverified market claims to a third party as fact is your decision and your risk.

8. Immigration, Visa, and Regulatory Submissions

We are not immigration advisers and we do not provide immigration advice. Where a plan is generated for use in connection with a visa, endorsement, sponsorship, or other immigration application in the United Kingdom or any other country, you must understand that we take no responsibility for whether it meets the requirements of the relevant authority or endorsing body.

Immigration and endorsement requirements are specific, technical, and change frequently. Endorsing bodies and authorities commonly apply criteria as to content, evidence, viability, innovation, scalability, and the applicant's own authorship of the plan. Where a plan is used in connection with an application for lending, investment, or grant funding, you are responsible for everything the document says about you, your business, and your finances at the point you submit it.

Lenders, investors, and grant bodies rely on the accuracy of what applicants tell them, and making a false or reckless statement to obtain credit or funding may have serious legal consequences for you. Because the plan is generated rather than researched, it may contain statements that you have not checked and that are not true. Submitting it without checking transfers no responsibility to us.

We are not party to any relationship between you and any funder, we make no representation to any funder, and we do not endorse, verify, or stand behind any document you submit. Any third party that receives a plan generated by us should understand that it is unverified AI-generated content supplied to our customer without review.

10. Originality, Similarity, and Third-Party Rights

We do not warrant that any plan is original, unique, or free from similarity to material generated for other customers, published elsewhere, or owned by a third party. Systems of this kind may produce comparable output in response to comparable briefs, and may reproduce phrasing, structures, or ideas found in the material on which they were developed.

We do not carry out plagiarism checks, originality checks, or intellectual property clearance on delivered output, and we give no warranty of non-infringement. As set out in our Terms and Conditions, the copyright status of machine-generated material is itself uncertain under the law of England and Wales, and some or all of a delivered document may attract no copyright protection at all.

If you intend to publish a plan, use it in a competitive process, or rely on it as proprietary material, you should have it reviewed and take your own advice.
